Sprig is a vegetarian concept pop up restaurant serving innovative and interesting dishes.
 
The ethos of Sprig is very much into the freshness of the produce whilst treating them in a way which creates delicious dishes using variouse textures and culinary techniques.

Peter Pickering - Chef/Founder

Peter has been a chef for over 13 years working in some of the best restaurants in the country. Since starting his career in 2003 working at the then Michelin starred Marco Pierre White owned restaurant L'Escargot in Soho, he has gone on to work at other prestigious establishments including being a member of the opening team of chefs at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal (which won 2 Michelin stars) and was sous chef at the opening of Cafe Royal as well as the exclusive Chiltern Firehouse.

Sprig was set up in January 2016 by Peter.  The restaurant  serves innovative and unique vegetarian and vegan dishes.  
Not a vegetarian himself, Peter is passionate about the welfare of animal farming and is keen to create exciting and quirky dishes giving the diner an exciting vegetarian experience.
